Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, indeed! We’re happy to work with schools, organizations and bookstores. Just mail or fax us your official Purchase Order and we’ll get it processed right away.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal Checks and Money Orders can be mailed in with your order, but unfortunately, we cannot accept this form of payment by phone or web.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We pride ourselves on the speedy delivery of your order. An order received by 1pm EST Monday through Friday will be sent out that same day. We ship from our warehouse in Connecticut via UPS or through the US Postal Service.
Delivery times range from 1 business day in the Tri-State area to a maximum of 5-6 business days to locations on the west coast. Priority Mail to most locations arrives in 3-5 Business Days.
We also offer expedited shipping options such as Overnight, 2nd Day Air and 3rd Day Air if you need your items in a hurry.
For our International customers we also have an Express option. You can get an exact quote on our website by adding the items you’d like to purchase to your cart and then clicking on “Estimate Shipping Cost.” You can also always email us at info@difflearn.com or call 800-853-1057 or 212-604-9637 for a Shipping Quote.
How do you ship bulk orders internationally?
We’re happy to send your bulk order through any of the standard carriers, including the US Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express.
Will you ship collect?
If you’d like to provide a Federal Express or UPS Account Number, we’d be happy to send your order Collect. And to sweeten the deal, we won’t even charge you a handling fee.
How much do you charge for Shipping?
We charge the exact amount quoted to us by UPS and the US Postal Service. To get a quote, simply add the products you’d like to purchase along with the exact quantities to get an exact cost. Keep in mind that the price is based on the weight of the package and the delivery location so if either of those change, you’ll need to start again.
What is your Return Policy?
We will happily accept returns on any merchandise within 30 days, provided the item is in pristine condition. Make sure to include the packing list and send it back to our warehouse:

For College Bookstores and other Resellers, we understand that you operate according to a different purchasing schedule. Returns will be accepted for 90 days, providing the books are in pristine condition. Any books returned with dents, scratches or any stickers affixed to the inside or outside covers will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
